TO THE EDITOR:

This year we are asked to vote for an Assembly representative for the 38th District in Bergen County. Currently we are served by Paramus’ Connie Wagner.

I’ve known Connie for over 30 years and Connie is one individual I hold in the highest regard. She is full of passion and Commitment. As in her past years as Paramus High School guidance counselor, she worked hard for her kids, all 1,600 of them.

She entered into politics to serve her community to which she lived and loved so much, Paramus. She is a hometown person, who enjoys concerts at the band shell, Friday night football games, and other community events, never without a smile and always full of encouragement.

A dedicated spouse and mother, she is a caring individual, always placing her responsibilities first and working hard for people who are in true need of assistance. In a current political environment where corruption and deception have become synonymous with political leaders, Connie Wagner has defined herself to truthfulness, compassion and integrity.

This is a mere instance in which the candidates past and present accomplishments places her at the forefront of politics in New Jersey. She deserves to be elected again, based on her overall past performance and commitment to the families of the 38th District in New Jersey.

I encourage the people of the 38th District to vote for Connie Wagner, a true candidate of the people.
